We ship from Hong Kong and the US.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders quickly, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. All requests after this time will be refused. Your order can be returned upon receipt for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing your order during holidays and sell-out periods. We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 working days from the order date and are shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time is estimated at 6-16 days for the UK and Europe

Note that the shipping time is estimated, the shipping can be nore faster and never more than the estimated time.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.

What if the item(s) received are faulty, incorrect or damaged?
Please contact us if you have received goods that are incorrect, missing and/or defective. Please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and all relevant references when you receive your parcel. We will do our best to resolve your matter as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank for questions about when the credit will be credited to your account. If you have not yet received a credit for your return, please do the following: contact the bank or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
